Meet Kelly,

Hello, I’m Kelly, founder of Eledex Consulting, LLC and a late diagnosed neurodivergent individual as well as a mother of neurodivergent children. My background spans facilities, operations, design, and real estate, but my true passion lies in creating inclusive environments where everyone feels safe, heard, and valued. As a consultant, coach, educator, and speaker, I’m committed to helping individuals, families, and organizations navigate neurodiversity with empathy and understanding.

When I’m not driving change through coaching or advocacy, I enjoy writing fiction as a creative outlet. Whether I’m on campus, in a corporate office, or at my laptop, my mission remains the same: to ensure that no one has to face bias or misunderstanding alone—and to celebrate the unique strengths that each of us brings to the table.

My Passion & Motivation:

Growing up and raising my children in a world that often overlooks neurodiversity ignited a deep passion for advocacy. For many years, I quietly fought battles behind closed doors - navigating societal biases, questioning restrictive norms, and advocating for my family in systems that weren’t built to embrace our differences. Even as I climbed the corporate ladder in an executive role, I couldn’t ignore the reality that true success and fulfillment weren’t defined by boardroom achievements alone, but by driving meaningful change for individuals like me and my children.

That realization led me to pivot away from my corporate career and focus wholeheartedly on supporting individuals, families, and building broader literacy, understanding, and acceptance around neurodiversity. I’ve seen firsthand how life-changing it is to have environments; whether at home, in school, or in the workplace, where we can be our authentic selves without bias or judgment.

Through every coaching session, workshop, and advocacy initiative, I’m fulfilling a personal mission: to ensure that no one has to fight behind closed doors for acceptance or respect. I believe in creating truly inclusive spaces - spaces where our unique perspectives and abilities are recognized, celebrated, and empowered.

I’ve been fortunate to wear multiple hats throughout my career—professor, writer, speaker, trainer, and a certified executive functioning (EF) coach—all while drawing on my background as a former corporate executive. My work sits at the intersection of cognitive diversity and the built environment, bridging practical strategies with inclusive thinking to help neurodivergent individuals thrive. Over the years, I’ve honed a comprehensive, real-world approach to advocacy and support, focusing on what truly matters: empowerment and meaningful growth.

    Over a decade of teaching in Boston-area colleges and universities has shown me that every student learns differently. I design courses that honor diverse learning styles, giving each student space to excel on their own terms.

    Through articles, talks, and workshops, I share insights on neuroaffirming practices, executive functioning strategies, and inclusive design. By blending research with personal experience, I aim to expand understanding and acceptance of neurodiversity.

  • Certified Executive Functioning Coach
    I coach high school and college students to develop core skills like time management, organization, planning, and self-advocacy—key tools for success in and beyond the classroom.

  • Neuroaffirming Adult Coaching
    I also provide life coaching for neurodivergent adults who want a more fulfilling life. This coaching approach highlights each person’s strengths and supports them in navigating day-to-day challenges.

    My background in the corporate world helps me guide individuals, families, and organizations in creating truly inclusive environments. It’s a blend of strategic leadership and compassionate advocacy that underscores all I do.
